Patricia Bunag- Description

It is crispy on the outside and makes a loud crunch once you bite it. It is a simple appetizer that can be eaten for 3-5 people per plate. This is called the Vietnamese egg roll, although it is not a food I usually have on my platter, it is very delicious and can be addicting to eat.

The Vietnamese egg roll, after being prepared, one bite of it is good enough to have it's tasty flavor around your moth. It is made with ground pork, carrots, and other ingredients that make it a mouth watery appetizer to share with friends or family. The sides include lettuce to wrap the roll and mint leaves as a choice if you want to add it. This egg roll as I said before is crispy having a brown coat, which is the dough that has been cooked, while the inside is hot and soft.

This simple food does not require anything fancy but your hands to take it and your mouth to eat it. Vietnamese egg rolls may be different in certain Asian restaurants and will not taste the same but it depends from person to person. I prefer to eat this at Pho Hiep Grill, but since we do not eat there as much, it is hard to forget the flavor of these egg rolls.
