Last year, I went to my cousin's summer church camp called Horizon Park Chapel. This Christian Church abetted many hungry homeless people. Every Sunday night or so they would open up a cafeteria for homeless people and serve them food. One time in Downtown San Diego as a group we all had backpacks filled with food and supplies for the homeless people and we walked all around abetting hungry homeless people. This was a great experience and we shared the gospel about God to the homeless people and prayed for them. I felt great abetting a homeless person by giving them a water bottle, food, and some supplies such as a toothbrush, socks, deodorant, etc. I acted like a Good Samaritan and I feel really good about myself helping someone who really needs help. I will never forget this moment when I helped a homeless person because not much people really care about them and some of them are really good people. In this picture it shows a young man and women giving the homeless person food and water and that's what I did when I was at Church Camp. Being a Good Samaritan can change a person's life and may change yours too.
