so the question is do i think that people should help other people in a time of need. well to be honest yes i do think so because if you think about it...if you help somebody from dieing in a heart attack and you take/call the doctor than you will have good Carma on your side than you'll never know how you'll get repaid or even if you do it out of the kindness of your heart you still kn ow that you took time out of what ever it was your doing to help a citizen in need.
