A good samaritan is a person who helps a person in need not because someone told them to, it's because they know it's the right thing to do. So should we be madanted to help another in need? It should not be passed as a law because it is asking alot from people. Many people might not help if they are not being enforced at that moment and just leave that person there. Others might be in a rush to get to a place or see someone. If they get punished I do not think it would be fair. What if the injured person is around danger and the person who is forced to help is hurt while doing it? That would just make the problem worse. If being a good samaritan is the right thing to do, people should be helping each other without being told anyways.
