In the world that we live in, people are actually considering passing a law mandating us to help those in need. This just shows how people are so selfish and self absorbed in our society. Although we live in a world like this, the law should not be passed. Being a good samaritan is helping another in need with no intention of getting a reward. Helping someone in need should not be mandated by a law. You're supposed to help those in need with the kindness of your heart, not because you're being forced to.
