A good Samaritan is a person who will help someone else in there time of need. Being a good Samaritan should not be forced by the law, because it is already forced upon you by society. In our society so much people help out other people in need, which eliminates the need for it being a law if there is so much people who would do it anyway, regardless of it being mandatory. If it were to be forced upon people by the government, there would be riots because there will always be that group of people who just don't like the government and they'll see this as the government even further limiting the people which will eventually cause chaos on the streets. All in all, the good Samaritan law should not be enforced by the government because it is already pressed on by the people, and if it were to be enforced, chaos would ensue in the streets from conspiracy theorists and there thoughts of the "government taking away there freedom."
