A good samaritan is one who is compassionate and abets those in need of help. The question is, should we have a law mandating common people to help someone in need? We should have a law enforcing people to help one another. I do believe that it should just be "common sense." It should be something you would not have to think about if one was injured, in an accident, or in need of any kind of serious help. If someone were to be in some sort of tragic accident and no one had stopped to help, that would leave them in a disastrous situation. Now, put yourself in that position? If no one were to help you how would you feel? Sad? Discouraged? Although, I do believe this should be common sense to help someone in need. This law should be enforced just for all people. Especially, to those who are careless.
