"Good Samaritan"

A Good Samaritan is someone who is willing to help out another individual without expecting anything in return. A time I was a Good Samaritan was when my neighbor was having a little kids birthday party at the park. I remember them having two jumpers one was a bounce house and the other was a blown up water slide. Everyone was having a good time until we heard this loud BUST! We all turned around and realized that the motor broke and the jumps were deflating. The kids that were on the slide were able to make it out ok but all of the other parents were panicking that they could not get their kids out of the other one. One of my sisters was in there but she got out. I was the only that could get them out, but I did not want to get stuck myself. But I knew what I had to do! I gave my baby sister to my mom and ran so fast to the bounce house I could barely feel the ground as I ran! Panicking and trying to hurry to get them out, I was scared I would get stuck and not be able to save all of the kids. For a moment I though i would not make it till I was able to get the last child out. I was so relieved that not only did I make it but I was able to save other children's life.( There was about a good 5 kids!) The little kids mom (that I barley saved) came up to me and thanked me from the bottom of her heart. She said, "What could I possibly do to repay you?" Thats when I said, "Theres no need to I am just glad i was able to save your son." I knew from that moment that I did a great thing, and I am glad I did not just sit there and watch. I was a Good Samaritan !
