Anna Malabanan - Controversial School Policies

I believe that I-pods in school should not be prohibited, during class hours. Some people may say that this is an interruption to our learning capabilities but its really not. Some students may use this device to listen for inspiration like for an English essay or a poem. The amount of tension the school is focusing on Ipods are really unnecessary. I understand Ipods being prohibited during lectures and presentations but not for the reasons for taking a test/quiz or reading, for some students this actually helps them stay focused and motivated through out the educational activity that their doing. Just like me. This is a policy that I would like to change in Olympian High.
