a good Samaritan is one that helps someone out and does good deeds. the arguemnt is, should helping someone out or being a good Samaritan be a law? being a good samaritan is anyone's choice, meaning that it's the peoples decision if they want o help someone out or not. being a good Samaritan should not be a law because not everyone on the world would want to be a good Samaritan if someone is in need but if someone is in need than a big majority of people around the world would be a good Samaritan and help some one out. if being a good samaritan was a law, than their would be people that may break the law not to help someone out not being a good samaritan, being a good samaritan is just a sign of showing respect and having some common sense helping and thinking of other people instead of theirselves. with being a good samaritan it not only makes the person you help feel good, but it makes you feel good as a person.
