A good Samaritan is a person that helps people that are needing assistance. Being Good Samaritans is when someone helps another person or being in the time of need. So should common people be mandated by law to help or abet someone in need ? Well i would have to say no . First , people should not be mandated to helps person in time of need because it is voluntarily. Also, if someone tries to help someone they might put their lives at risk , and potentially but the victims life at risk too. Common people like you and me are no trained to help someone in a fire or a car cash. We can simply call a trained professional that is trained in the specific incident. Also, calling for a fireman and what not can save the victims life and your life because you are not putting your life at risk. So , common people should not be mandated by law to abet people in need because it is risky and can be done more efficiently by professionals.
