Being a good samaritan means helping someone out in their time of need, without them having to ask for it. However, should people be forced by law to give aid to these people? In my opinion, I don't think people should be forced to do it. If one was forced to help someone, but didn't want to, it doesn't really make them a 'good samaritan'. The only reason they did it was because they had no choice. Being a good samaritan means helping someone out of your own compassion, not because you were forced. Therefore, I do not think this law should be forced. People should just help others on their own, since it is the morally correct thing to do.
