One controversial rule here at Olympian high school is the hat rule. The rule is students cannot wear hats, unless, the hat is an official Olympian hat and last time I checked the Nazis were defeated in Germany in 1945. Many students dislike this rule because many youths use hats as self expression as you would a shirt or shoes. They do provide an alternative but the alternative is a plain , low quality, overpriced hat. the rule seems pointless because many students wear hats anyway , or snap them onto there belt loops, I don't really see how it is different on your waist than you're head, you're still wearing it . If I was Mrs. Leanno I would remove this rule completely.
