One who performs good deeds or actions from the kindness of their heart, meaning with no physical benefit to them,is usually defined as a good samaritan.Good actions are done because they are wanted to be performed not because they are forced. The arousing controversy of mandating a law, that all citizens are to help one another in need is unfair and quite risky.Yes,it is the right act to do, but from the kindness of your heart not from being lawfully forced.Mandating this law would be risky because most people do not like abeting "Life or Death" situations, they usually allow the experts to handle the case. For example,if a person were to get into a bicycle accident and had many people assisting him without permission or making the injury worse, he can press charges on them, and it would end up becoming a terrible situation to the abettor.Overall ,good deeds should happen naturally. Why is that not what a good samaritan is?
