All human beings have different characterisitcs. Some may be helpful, caring and kind. Others might be cruel, careless, and unfriendly. Also, many people have different oppinions of others. For instance, someone may need help such as a little girl falling down her bike or a homeless person asking for money or food. People have the choice weather or not to help them. Even though helping that person may be the right thing to do, its the people's choice. There is a law that is being considered that people are mandated to help people in need. Although helpng others is a sign of a good samaritan, I disaree with this law. People should have their own choice if they want to help others in need and not to be forced to. Not everyone has a warm heart and a good soul. If a person wants to help someone in need and is not being forced to but because they want to, than that is one good samaritan.
