Any one in any type of need shouldn't be turned away. I believe that there should be a law mandating people who are in desperate need of help. Its just really sick when people just stop and stair in the most tragic accidents and don't give out a helping hand. It's so sad to face a world were some people just don't care so, suggest that a good samaritan law should be passed around the world because saving a life is worth it. If you were to be put in a tragic accident and your in great desperation of help and no one came out to lend a hand wouldn't you feel like trash? Any time a person needs your help, help them because you never know when you will be turned away.
