I believe that there should be a law mandating people to help other people in need. In today's society, There are not many people who would willingly help out other people, instead, they will just simply walk away or stand there and gaze. For example, i watched a video a while ago where a man was struck by a car crossing the street . First off, the person who was driving fled the scene, not bothering to even help, but then whats worse is that after the man was lying on the ground injured, everyone around in the street was just motionless, not 1 person came to aid the poor man. It was stated that the man who was struck died later that evening. If people would have interfered, that man would have probably be alive to this day. People should help each other with or without a low instructing then too, but i suppose for the people who are too busy or that do not care, the law should be enforced.
