A good samaritan is a person that would give help to those who need it, without asking for anything in return. Should people be forced to be good samaritans? It should not be required by law to help people in need. If a person is in need, they need to ask for help. If they do not do that, they will not get any help. However, if a person could not speak and could not request help, a good person would offfer their services. Most people would give aid to those in need anyway, because helping others is a reward itself. People who do not give aid, will often be punished not by the law, but by peers and other people.
