Good Samaritan Law - Ronald Magsino

A good samaritan is someone who helps someone else in need out of the kindness of their heart. Mandating a law to force people to helps others in need would completely destroy the definition of a good samaritan. Forcing people by law to help out others does not count as helping others out of the kindness of your heart, and would render the definition of a good samaritan useless. I don't think it should be mandated to help others in need, because you are supposed to help others out of the kindness of your heart and because you want to! Not because you were forced to because of some law.
