A good Samaritan is a person who would help anybody in need around them if it was possible. Also doing it voluntarily without any award or expectation of something in return. So should all of us be forced to help someone in need if possible. For me its a yes and no answer. Yes because it would benefit others and make the community or world a better place. No because not everyone can help in certain situations for example, if you saw a homeless person asking for money and you did not have any change on you, what would you do? Or simply cause people do not want to help. But for the most part I think that the law should be put in place. If you can help in any way even if it is just a little, do it. And if you cant help try and call or find somebody that can.
