Ususally on fridays I go with my friends to the taco shop next to the Otay mall. They have a lot of tasty dishes to choose from but my favorite are their carne asada fries. I always order those hot steamy fries every time I eat there. When they finally give me the meal my mouth can taste it. They give you a pretty big portion so I always like to share with friends.

When I open the box the delicious smell of the fries reach my senses. The smell of the spicy hot sauce, the melted cheese, and the recently cooked carne asada. The cooks drown the fries with sour cream and guacamole to make my mouth water even more. The steam of the fries are still rising as i get my friends and I our forks and prepare to dig into the tasty meal. The first bite is always the best, tasting all the different flavors in my mouth is incredible.

This was a picture I took before my cousin and I started to eat it. As we dig in the fries with all the toppings on it are eaten first. Those have all the flavor and taste that I love so much. When most of the fries are gone the bottom and side fries are usually the last ones left because they haven't been touched by the toppings. There is still little pieces of carne asada still there too so I eat it with the leftover fries. After a while all that is left is just some extra hot sauce and unused napkins. With no fries left in the box we leave and wait for next friday when we come back to the taco shop.
