Plagiarism is the act of using another persons words and using them as your own. This is a serious act caused by many students in schools across the nation. When a student plagiarizes, they are handicapping their learning potential and are limiting their creative talent by taking work that is not theirs. This also hinders their work ethic by causing them to be more lazy and may hurt their grades in the long run when they can not get a hold of any work to copy. Plagiarism is a serious offence caused by many students and should not be encouraged.
