Dear Congresswomen Louise Day Hicks,
A arousing controversy of implementing a "Good Samaritan" law, I believe should not follow through or be ratified.
A Good Samaritan is one who abets another person in need from the kindness of their heart not from legal burden.Ratifying this law will also defeat the overall purpose of being a Good Samaritan,by enforcing people to assist, while having the risk of worsening situation or placing themselves in a harmful state.I believe being a "Good Samaritan" should continue to be an act of kindness instead of legal duty.
