Dear Congresswoman Garcia,

It has come to my attention that California is contemplating implementing a Good Samaritan Law. With a Good Samaritan law, California can become a more morally correct state and save lives. For that reason, it is with my strong opinion, that California should implement a Good Samaritan Law.

A Good Samaritan Law should be implemented because people will be forced to abet others. As a result, individuals who would other wise die because of a lack of aid will survive. Not only will they survive, but they will potentially make a friend or at the very least an acquaintance, with the good samaritan who saved them. In addition, a Good Samaritan Law should be passed because it will create a morally correct state. To explain, after people are forced to obey to the requirements of the Good Samaritan Law, individuals will become indoctrinated with the idea of helping others for any reasons. Therefore, with a more moral society in California, crime levels in this state will decrease, leaving the streets of California safe.

All in all, it is with gratefulness that I thank you for taking my opinion into consideration, as I am well aware of your busy schedule. I confiently look forward to California's implementation of a Good samaritan Law.

Respectfully,

Dristay Torres
