Dear Congressman Powell,
I am writing to you because I believe that there should be a good samaritan law in california.
I believe there should be a law because it would lessen lawsuits against people who did not help , it would make people who do not feel like helping help out and make them take a stand, and it would help save victims lives. By passing this law it would make bystanders(citizens) help the victims that are in need of assistance. So not only would the victims of the accident be helped and saved their savers would feel more happy with themselves knowing they helped save a life.
