Dear Mr. Manning
I am writing to you about the controversial debate of mandating a good samaritan law in the state of California. I believe that this is isn't right and its not fair that people can be sued for a bad outcome in their helpings.
A good samaritan law may help any victim in danger but it may also risk their lives and put the samaritan in great trouble. The law states that you have to help out anyone in need, but this is not fair. Being forced to help out isn't right in fact you can make the situation even worse by performing a procedure wrong on a injured person and comes up with a bad out come and possibly get sued. A person shouldn't be told what to do because it can make matters worse. This is the reason what I feel towards the Good Samaritan Law.
Thank you for your time reading this letter and I hope you would take this as a consideration.
Sincerely,
Anna Malabanan
