Dear Congresswoman Wells,

I am writing to you in concern of a Good Samaritan Law being established in the state of California. I believe that this law should not be passed because it is too dangerous to force people to help others in need.

Implementing a Good Samaritan Law can cause the situation to worsen. If somebody is trying to help others then they may do a poor job of it and can worsen the situation. I believe that people should help others because they want to not because they have to. The people that act now without a force of law should be the ones being recognized and they are the ones that should be call good Samaritans.

I kindly thank you for taking your time out of your schedule to read and take into consideration my view point on the Good Samaritan Law

Sincerely,

Kayla Voas
