Dear Congresswoman White,

I am writing to you because it has came to my attention that our country is debating whether or not to have a Good Samaritan Law. I believe we should not have a Good Samaritan Law.

This Good Samaritan Law should not be mandated because we cannot force someone to help out a person in need, especially if they do not know how to perform any health procedures and it is too risky to get sued or in trouble for doing so. Also, some people are too afraid to assist. They can not risk it enough of if they help someone in need, that person will get yelled at or not want their help at all. I believe the Good Samaritan Law should not be mandated.

Thank you for your participation. I hope you consider my opinion into consideration.

Sincerely,

Kristen Sumbingco-Alba
