Black Out - Victor Limon

During the Blackout on Thursday 8th which was behemoth in size, i was scanning m refrigerator for some food. When suddenly the light in fridge went out and so did the television while i was watching ESPN. At first I thought my mom didn't pay my bill but then my dad went outside and the neighbor told him that his power was out to. So I new this was bigger then a thought, I quickly got on to my phone to use Facebook and the live news feed was blown up with statuses about how their power had gone out. So I told my dad and he grabbed our battery powered radio and we listened to that the rest of the day. This blackout really showed how people depend electricity and how much items that are made in todays market that require electricity for use.
