Dear Congresswoman Walt,
I am writing to you about the decision on making the Good Samaritan Law mandated or not. I believe the Good Samaritan Law should not be mandated because people should not be forced by law to abet someone.
The Good Samaritan Law should not be mandated because people do not want to take the risk of being sued if failed to rescue the injured person. Also this law should not be forced because it is dangerous to the person helping. The Good Samaritan Law is too risky and dangerous for both the helper and victim.
