Over these past two weeks I think that I have learned to become more mentally tough and to not get down on myself so easily. This is applied to both in the classroom and and out of it. Before I used to get really mad at my self if I had gotten a bad score on a test, now I just think about what I did wrong then I study longer then I did the first time and finally I take the retake. Outside of the classroom I would really really really get down on my self at my basketball games if I wasn't doing a good job like not making my shots or turning over the ball to much. Now I don't get down on myself as easy but it still happens sometimes. But usually I try to hit the next shot or not make the same mistake once I get another shot at it.
