During the break, I really wanted to work on my running and getting into a better shape other than having a physical education class and working out there. So, during the past two weeks of break, I decided to work on my running and getting in better shape than going on diets and eating less. I ran a mile everyday in the morning just to try to help increase my time on doing the mile for pe. I also tried eating better while I can since I got new wires the last week of break and was not able to eat and still cannot eat hard stuff. What I ate about every single day was fruits, vegetables and salad. I think I should still be running a mile everyday and doing power stretches in order to increase my flexibility and being healthy. I now should be able to run a lot faster, but pace my running. Also, being able to be a little bit more flexible than I was before the two weeks of Fall break.
