My name is Jake Schaeffer and I am a Wrestler.
I started wrestling last summer and have 32 varsity wins and 11 career losses.I like wrestling for many reasons. I like the fact its as much a mental game as physical, without the right mindset you wont be able to wrestle at the top of your game. When you wrestle you cant hide behind a uniform your not on the field with 10 other guys, Its you and your opponent , and everyone can see you fail, if you gassed out, if you gave up. but they also see you when you win, it is the greatest feeling imaginable.
